E85 FLEX-FUEL IMPALA

E-85 ethanol is a practical, clean, and alternative fuel made from the ultimate renewable resource, American grasses and grains. E-85 is 85% ethanol and only 15% gasoline. It is directly distilled from grass or grain. Flexible fuel vehicles are specifically designed to run on ethanol or regular gasoline.

E-85 vehicles reduce harmful hydrocarbon and benzene emissions when compared to vehicles running on gasoline only. Ethanol is also nontoxic, water soluble, and biodegradable.

E-85 offers superior performance characteristics; ethanol burns cleaner than conventional gasoline and is completely renewable, domestically produced, and is an environmentally friendly resource.
